Add Event

To add an event, follow the instructions below.

The Hub Calendar is for posting all of your events that have a date, time and place. Meetings, club events and party functions are examples of Calendar events.

1. Event Information

Please describe this event by filling out the following fields. All fields are required.

Group Name: Norman Campus

Location
Description
Category

2. Contact Info

Please enter the information for the person or office to contact for additional information about this event. The name field plus one of the other 3 is required.

3. Event Type

Please select an Event Type. This will allow you to create a single Event (Single), or a repeating Event (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).

 

4. Event Time

If this is an All Day Event, selecting a Start Time and and End Time is not necessary.

5. Event Date

Please select a Start Date for this Event. If this is a Single Event, you must select an End Date. If this is any other Type of Event, you may choose to end the Event on a specific End Date, after a specified number of occurrences, or to run indefinitely.
