HUB MESSAGE BOARD POLICY
We reserve the right to delete messages that student staff of The Hub deem abusive, libelous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane or contain hate speech, violate a third party's right to privacy or are otherwise unacceptable.
Messages may not be posted that the staff determines violate the University of Oklahoma Student Code, copyright or trademark laws, intellectual property laws, or any state, federal or international laws.
All posts must be in English.
While posts may be deleted if in violation of message board policies, individual posts will not be edited. Please proofread messages prior to submitting.
Posts will not be removed on request unless it is determined that such posts violate the message board policies.
Posts are text-only; no art, graphics, photo, audio, video, Web coding or other non-text elements are permitted.
A post is to be made once on one message board on the site only; persons who repeat posts to one or multiple message boards on the site may have posts deleted and may be barred from use.
Persons most log in to The Hub site to have access to post on the message boards.
In posting material on the message boards, you grant The Hub and Student Media at the University of Oklahoma full rights to reproduce the content, in part or in full, in any media.
A person posting to the message boards is solely responsible for the content he or she posts.
Persons posting to the message boards may use a nickname as a signature. All staff members of The Hub and Student Media posting messages are to be identified by name and staff position. Persons adding posts who have an official connection to a message board topic, such as a group officer or administrator, are encouraged to include name and position with posts.
All posts are time-deleted after 90 days.
Posts are for non-commercial use only.
Information posted on message boards is not endorsed by The Hub, Student Media or the University of Oklahoma. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to eliminate the posting privileges of users who violate these standards.
